If you cancel your package within 24 hours of your purchase, you may contact Support@ooVoo.com to request that we refund your money, less any phone minutes already used. Subscription Cancellation
ooVoo package subscriptions auto-renew monthly. If you want to cancel your renewal you must do so through the My Account section of our web site at least 24 hours before your monthly renewal date. Please contact us if you have any questions.
